Memorial Day is a day set aside for mourning U.S. military personnel who have died while serving in the United States armed forces.
None of the 8 below died while serving in the United States armed forces, but they served nonetheless. Whether they were murdered by monsters or murdered by the demons they brought back, all 8 did things most people will always be too afraid to do.
There are many, many other people to mourn this weekend… but these are mine.
